Introducing the Orbitmap

Outcome-Driven Development Framework

Every session forgets what the last one knew, so the product lives in your head. Orbitmap holds that memory for people and agents alike.

Today
With OrbitMap
Agents with amnesia. Every session starts from zero. You hand over the same context every time.
Agents with full context Agents start with the relevant decisions, docs and previous work status. 1
Decisions lost in sessions and terminals. You learn about one when a test fails.
Record decisions as they happen, visible to everyone and to the next session. 2
Everyone works with agents their own way. Five people, five processes, nothing comparable. Markdown files flying around.
One process for people and agents: outcome → design → plan → build, with a defined artifact at every gate. 3
Nobody can keep up with every change. Commit lists, PRs, terminal output.
Outcomes in plain language delivered or dropped, readable by the whole team - engineer or not. 4
Everyone is building. Nobody has the whole picture. Progress is scattered across people, agents and repos.
One shared view of progress. See what is being built, what changed and what needs your review. 5

Agents with full context 1

Working with OrbitMap feels like talking to a teammate who was there yesterday.

Every agent wakes up with context. Say “add it to the waitlist” and it knows which intent you mean and where it lives in the code.

Each session builds the context for the next, and agents keep docs and fields up to date as part of the work.

Live context

Every agent starts with the intent, its decisions and the docs that matter. One call, nothing explained twice.

Shared sessions

Yours, your co-founder's, the agent overnight: one record, picked up from any machine.

Updated docs

Docs and fields change with the work. Agents update them before anything closes.

Outcomes in plain language 4

Watch one piece of work go from a sentence to a delivered outcome.

Imagine you are building a doctor booking platform and reception drowns in rescheduling calls. You open a terminal and say what should change.

FAQ

Common questions

Who is OrbitMap for?
Small teams that already build with coding agents every day: someone who says what should change, agents that do the work, and a co-founder who wants to review outcomes without reading code. If you spend more time steering agents than writing code, it is for you.
I already use Linear / Jira. Do I need to switch?
Orbitmap doesn't replace your human PM tool — it adds the agent layer. That said, many teams find they can consolidate once agents become their primary workers. Start alongside your existing tool.
Is it only for Anthropic / OpenAI?
Yes. OrbitMap works with Claude Code and Codex: the CLI installs its skills for both. Use them in a terminal, or in the desktop apps: the Claude app's Code tab, or Codex in the ChatGPT app. If your team needs another model or coding agent, tell us - that is exactly what we want to hear from design partners.
My agent can already manage tasks via chat. Why do I need this?
It can — until you /clear. Or switch projects. Or onboard a teammate. Orbitmap provides persistent, shared, structured context that survives sessions, spans projects, and works across team members.
Can my co-founder review without reading code?
Yes. Every intent carries its outcomes in plain language, and at review each one is marked delivered or dropped by a named person. The release notes come from those lines, not from the diff.
Is it ready for real work?
We run OrbitMap on OrbitMap, in production, every day. A few design partners use it for public products too. It is an early build, so things still change often - when something gets in your way, tell us and it moves to the top of the list.
Do I have to be a design partner to use it?
No. Sign up and use it on your own. Design partners are the teams we work with directly: a call now and then, your project set up together, and a say in what gets built next.
What does it cost?
Free for everyone while we are in early access. Pricing comes with the first stable release.
How do we start?
Book a 30-minute call and bring one real project. We set it up together and you keep it. Or sign up and try it yourself.
Is my code / data safe?
Orbitmap never sees your code. Agents run locally in your IDE. We only store task descriptions, work logs, specs you choose to upload, and metadata. All data is encrypted at rest and isolated per account with row-level security.
